All the services we provide are driven by the needs of the NDIS participants we care for. We provide our support service 24/7, 365 days a year. This means you know that we are available when you need us most.

what we do
At Blessed Disability Care we provide a range of disability care services. The aim is to make a positive difference in the lives of those we care for.
Our range of services include accommodation, personal daily care, community nursing, assistance with household tasks, respite care and access to community activities.
community Nursing
At Blessed Disability Care we provide high quality nursing care services. This includes medication management, wound management, bowel care and care after a hospital stay to help with faster recovery.
household and Domestic support
We provide the support Participants need to keep living at home - including assistance with personal care. Our caring services also include helping to build a Participant's capacity to live as independently as possible.
Housing and Accommodation
Providing accommodation for Participants as their situation changes is important. That's why we have short term, medium term, as well as long term accommodation options available for Participants. We also provide a full range of support care options 24/7.
Social and Community Participation
To ensure participants feel part of their community, we provide social and community participation support. The activities we offer are tailored to individual interests and local community opportunities.
Development of Life Skills
Building independence and confidence is important for everyone, so we help participants develop their skills and promote self reliance. This can include meal preparation, social networks and routines to assist with daily life.
Assist with Daily Personal Activities
We provide assistance and/or supervision for a variety of daily personal activities. The level of assistance needed is identified in the participants NDIS plan. Our goal is to provide the support you need to live the way you choose.
Assist with Daily Personal Activities - High Intensity
We provide high Intensity support for daily personal activities for Participants who have complex needs. This includes complex bowel care and ventilation management.
